Working without “to do list” is working without direction. You will never know when or where it is going to end. Being productive at work or in anything that we do is being able to track and anticipate the outcome of what is is going to be in the end.
The same in our spiritual life as Christians. God has given us His words that guides us in our daily “to do list” in order for us to endure whatever daily challenges that we may face.
Here are some of “to do list” that will help us to stay focus on Him.
Psalm 27:14 Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
Feeling impatient is a normal response to a situation when things going longer than expected, but you shouldn’t allow that impatience to control you and to escalate to anxiety and stress. Waiting God can be difficult and challenging but remember His words.
2 Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by faith, not by sight.
No matter how bad things look, just remember God’s promises. Have faith in our daily walk.
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Let your request be made known unto God. Do not worry, Pray instead.
THINK OF OTHERS
Philippines 2:4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
How we think affects our heart. Likewise, the condition of our heart affects our thinking. Don’t be selfish; don’t live to make a good impression on others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourself.
Like what Jesus did, He is our Lord but He humbled himself for us.
TRUST IN THE LORD
Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
Whatever happens, all you have to do is to trust in the Lord with all your heart. Let Him handle and set things right.
READ GOD’s WORD
Psalm 119:12 Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.
Reading the Bible is reading God’s word. Our God is alive, listen to His words daily. Make it a living.
Psalm 136:26 O give thanks unto the God of heaven: for his mercy endureth for ever.
All that you have and you will have is from God.
One more thing, SHARE THE WORD OF GOD. Share how grateful and blessed you are.
